At Ayurganica, we take great care to ensure your order arrives safely, promptly, and with the same intention we pour into every blend. Below is everything you need to know about our delivery timelines, international shipping, and returns.

UK Deliveries

Tracked. Reliable. Delivered with care.

We dispatch all UK orders using fully tracked delivery services for your peace of mind.

• Order Cut-off: Orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.
  
  

• Orders placed after 2 PM, over the weekend, or on UK bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

Free UK Standard Delivery is available on orders above our free delivery threshold (as displayed at checkout).

Not at Home?

If you're unavailable at the time of delivery, our courier partner will typically leave a calling card or notification with collection instructions or re-delivery options.

You can reschedule your delivery using the tracking link emailed to you, where you’ll also find courier details and your tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Import Fees

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees upon arrival. These are imposed by your local government and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Ayurganica does not cover these charges, and we are unable to refund international shipping costs if:

• An item is returned due to non-payment of import fees.
  
  

• Customs clearance fails or the item is refused by the recipient.
  
  

If your order is returned to us by customs or the courier, we will refund you the product cost only, excluding the original shipping fee.

If you're unsure of the duties applicable in your country, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Returns Policy

We want you to love every cup. But if something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You may return any unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping). Products must be in their original, undamaged packaging and include any promotional items or free gifts received.

To Request a Return:

1. Email our Customer Support Team at  ________ within 14 days of receiving your order.
   
   

2. Let us know your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return.
   
   

3. Package items securely in original condition and ship them using a tracked courier of your choice.
   
   

4. Email us the proof of postage and tracking number once dispatched.
   
   

Please note:

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  
  

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14–30 days of receiving the returned goods.

• Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.

Received a Faulty or Incorrect Item?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us at ______ within 5 days of delivery. Include:

• Photos of the product or packaging (if damaged)
  
  

We will either refund or replace the affected item(s) promptly, depending on your preference.

Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order before it is processed and dispatched. Please email us as soon as possible with your order number.

Once your order has been processed and you’ve received a dispatch confirmation, we are unfortunately unable to cancel or amend it. In that case, you may return the unopened items once received.

Returning Items – Step-by-Step

1. Email Us: Contact us at our email to start the return process.
   
   

2. Secure the Package: Carefully repackage your items in original condition.
   
   

3. Ship It: Return via a tracked courier of your choice (retain proof of tracking).
   
   

4. Send Us the Tracking: Email tracking info and proof of dispatch to complete your return.
   
   

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund status via email.
